How we use SMS

Closing Tally sends text messages for two reasons. We send a one-time passcode so that a person signing in can confirm the phone number on their account. We also send a one-time account invite when an employer creates a person's account, with a link to the sign-in page.

We send no marketing messages. Message frequency varies: a person gets one invite message when their account is created, and one passcode each time they sign in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

We give a mobile phone number to our messaging provider only so that it can deliver the messages described above. That provider may not use the number for any other purpose.

SMS terms

The program is Closing Tally account messages, for staff of the parking and valet operators that use the service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help, reply HELP to any message or write to admin@closingtally.com.

How we use data

Parking and valet operators use Closing Tally to record their own shift data. We collect a work email address, a mobile phone number for sign-in, and the shift figures that staff enter. We use that data to run the service for that operator, and for nothing else.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to admin@closingtally.com.

Who operates the service

Closing Tally is operated from the United States by Ops AI LLC. Questions about this page go to admin@closingtally.com.
